I really do consider it an honour to be asked to photograph a wedding... especially as it means being invited into people's lifes on one of the most special and emotional days that a family will share... I love to take a back seat and quietly document the real emotion of the day - those moments shared between family members - wee glances, and looks of pride & genuine affection that just can't be 'faked' ...
I love watching family members taking to their 'roles' on the day of the wedding - and with Father's Day just passed I thought I'd dig out some photos showing Father's, and those tasked with the role for the day, doing their wedding day thing... As always feel free to share, or comment below.

MIchelle & Shaun made the relatively short journey across the Irish Sea from Glasgow to share their wedding day with family and friends from Derry & Donegal; with the wedding service in St Eunan's Cathedral and the reception at The Mount Errigal, Donegal. A rainy Letterkenny morning quickly gave way to lovely spring day; and a wedding first took place with a priest being delighted that the bride was running late!! (Your secret's safe with us Father Chris...) Here's a few highlights from the day - feel free to leave any comments below... Here's a few of the other professionals who played a part in the day (to those missing, just send me your details & I'd be more than happy to add them)
