It's only four more sleeps until Kelly Ann & Damian tie the knot in St Patricks, Pennyburn, before leaving Derry and crossing the border to celebrate in Lough Eske Castle... so it's probably the perfect time to share some more shoots of their engagement / family shoot.
See you on Monday folks! :-)

At a recent family gathering I was approached by my wife's Uncle Jimmy and made an offer I couldn't refuse... luckily it was just an offer to bring our kids to see his garden, or rather orchard, in all it's autumn-y glory, and to let them pick as much fruit for themselves as they could manage... there was one condition though - I had to bring my camera to grab some shots of the garden - as if I was likely to come along without it!!
So here's some of the shots from our visit to Uncle Jimmy & Auntie Helens... When Aodhan's mum and dad first got in touch to organise a photoshoot for their wee man there were a few thousand more complications than we'd expected... firstly the typically Irish summer didn't bless us with too many suitable nice days this year... so when good weather was forecast for a day that everyone was free we made our plans to head to his favourite places for a day out - St Columb's Park & Ebrington... seemingly the perfect plan, until the penny dropped that we were going to be there right in the middle of the Waterside Half Marathon!!
A Plan B was quickly hatched, and with agreement from the kind folks of the Beech Hill Country House Hotel we headed off to explore their grounds, after meeting up at their home to be introduced to Momo The Monkey, and Postman Pat among others. Here's how we got on... (and there's no prizes for guessing who might just steal the show when I'm photographing his mum and dad's wedding in the Red Door Country House next July!) |
